This review discusses a limited number of cardiomyopathic disorders and the treatment modalities used to manage them.   Studies in elucidating pathophysiological mechanisms that underlie the development of these cardiomyopathies are leading to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. While some modalities have found expression in current practice recommendation guidelines, others are on the horizon.   While treatment strategies of cardiomyopathies are too large to discuss comprehensively in a single review, we present the current therapeutic landscape for cardiomyopathies.
