• Memberships start immediately and automatically renew every year until cancelled.
• Unused publication credits do not rollover to the next membership year.
• Memberships are non‑refundable outside of the conditions of our satisfaction guarantee.
• You may cancel your membership at any time, but past charges which occurred prior to your cancellation will not be refunded, unless specifically allowed by the satisfaction guarantee.
