- The initial membership signup date must have been within the last 120 days AND;
- The member must have either:
- finished the process of publishing a manuscript in the society’s journal and been dissatisfied with the result OR;
- attempted to publish a manuscript in the society’s journal but it was rejected during peer-review
By requesting a refund, a member understands that any articles or other content written by the member which were published by the society during that year of membership will be un-published.
