Andrew is a clinical oncologist based in Ghana, actively involved in clinical practice at the premier cancer Centre at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in the Greater Accra Region and also at the department of Oncology at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital in the Central Region of Ghana. His research interests focus on cancer outcomes and health systems research within low- and middle-income country settings. He is particularly interested in improving cancer diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient outcomes through context-specific, evidence-based approaches. His work includes contributing to study design, clinical interpretation, and contextual analysis, with attention to disease presentation patterns, treatment access, and health system factors influencing cancer care in Ghana. Through both clinical practice and research, he aims to support the development of practical, locally relevant strategies to strengthen oncology services and improve patient outcomes in resource-constrained health systems in Africa.
