OSTEOMYELITIS OF THE LEFT TIBIA POST IMMUNIZATION. ABOUT A CASE.

Abstract
The case of a 16-month-old female infant is presented, she presented acute osteomyelitis in the left tibia after the placement of the immunization schedule, said immunization is Pentavalent, the patient was taken to the operating room on several occasions, performing surgical cleanings, taking sample for culture, polymethyl methacrylate medicated with vancomycin was placed and once the acute phase reactants had decreased, it was fixed with a wrist brace and a cadaver graft was placed with powdered vancomycin. Follow-up was carried out for 6 years without presenting disease relapse.
