Abstract
United States data and a CDC 2025 annual report indicated that major US chronic diseases cost the healthcare system billions of dollars annually with no feasible nor sustainable medical cure insight. Many diseases in the human body are caused by gene mutations that result in abnormalities in cell functions. Stem cells have the potential to develop into many different types of cells in the body which theoretically can be used to potentially cure or greatly improve the vast majority disease conditions, especially by using stem cell isolation methodology, preserving the most potent progenitor cells lineage system. This methodology offers a glimpse of hope to combat intractable illnesses that otherwise have limited treatment options. Multipotent stem cells can offer authentication of self-regeneration, repair, and rejuvenation of health for treating gene malfunctions.
