Abstract

Isolated in-nominate artery dissection is a rare vascular disorder, and its symptoms may vary. We present the case of an elderly patient who was admitted to the emergency department at an external hospital. A clinical examination revealed symptoms of acute stroke. No other neurological symptoms were observed. A computed tomography angiography (CTA) revealed dissection of the innominate artery.
