Alceu Afonso Jordao

Alceu Afonso Jordao is a professor at the University of São Paulo’s Ribeirão Preto Medical School in Brazil, affiliated with the Department of Health Sciences. His research focuses on nutrition and metabolism, including body composition, nutritional and metabolic diseases, and the biological processes associated with oxidative stress and inflammation.
