Ashutosh Kothari

Ashutosh Kothari is an oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London and Director of Breast Surgical Oncology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai, India. His clinical practice focuses on breast cancer surgery, breast reconstruction, onco-aesthetic procedures, benign breast conditions, and care for patients with hereditary breast cancer risk. Alongside clinical work, he contributes to international breast cancer research, including clinical trials involving novel imaging methods, and has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles while contributing to specialist textbooks. He also supports surgical education through international training programmes and academic appointments, with a particular interest in advancing breast surgery techniques and reconstructive care.
