Gulsen meral

Gulsen Meral is a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Istanbul Nişantaşı University in Turkey and the founder of Epigenetic Coaching in the United Kingdom. Her work brings together pediatrics, medical genetics, nutrigenetics, and epigenetics, with a focus on how genetic variation, nutrition, and environmental factors relate to health and personalized approaches to prevention. Following her medical training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, she completed doctoral studies in medical genetics and pursued postgraduate education in hospital management, alongside teaching in child development and nutrigenetics. Her academic contributions include national and international scientific publications, journal editorial and review work, and the development of educational programs in nutrigenetics and epigenetics for healthcare professionals.
