About Nuñez
Animals: Females BALB/c (6 – 8 weeks old, weighing 15 to 20 g) were purchased from Bioterio – Instituto Nacional de Salud Publica (Cuernavaca, México). The animal studies evaluated and approved by the Committee for Basic Research and the Clinical School of Medicine, with registration number 41MM2013-2. The animals were sustained and used under strict ethical conditions according to international recommendations.
