Brain stimulation alone or combined with virtual reality are powerful and evidence based tools for patients with neuropsychiatric disorders. Because of the refractoriness and adverse events of pharmacological approaches those techniques have been increasingly studied and used in clinical practice, especially transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation, combined or not with virtual reality. In this lecture, I am going to show the most common indications and illustrative video-cases of this therapeutical revolution.
