The satisfaction of the elderly with the supply of community elderly care services is an important measure of the quality of the development of community elderly care services. Community elderly care is one of China’s elderly care service systems, which has a positive effect on alleviating the problem of aging population. The satisfaction of the elderly with the supply of community elderly care services is an important indicator of the development quality of community elderly care services. We use the partial least squares structural equation model to conduct research for the elderly who enjoy community elderly care services in Nanjing, China. We found that during the epidemic, there was no decline in satisfaction with community elderly care services among the urban elderly. Increasing the elderly’s expectations of community elderly care services can improve the actual quality of the elderly’s perception of community elderly care services. Disclosure of information in community elderly care services is conducive to improving the elderly’s satisfaction with community elderly care services. Although the increase of the elderly’s expectations of community elderly care services can positively affect the elderly’s satisfaction with community elderly care services, it cannot affect the determination of the cost-effectiveness of the elderly’s community elderly care services.
