Laparoscopy is nowadays the gold standard surgical treatment for endometrial cancer. It is a safe and feasible procedure with different approaches that include lymph node removal. In the presentation, we will discuss the surgical anatomy of the pelvis (anatomical spaces), the surgical technique and the results of endometrial cancer surgery
