Aims & Scope
Lung cancer is the 2nd most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer mortality, making up almost 25% of all cancer deaths.
Progress in the early detection of lung cancer is allowing patients more treatment options than in the past. Immunotherapies, molecular targeted therapies, and gene therapy have the potential to revolutionize the way we treat lung cancer.
This Special Issue will focus on recent developments in our understanding of lung cancer and possible paths towards reducing the burden of the disease.
