Chara Renshaw is the owner of Limitless PT, LLC, in Edmond, Oklahoma, where she provides physical therapy focused on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional recovery. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, she has approximately 20 years of clinical experience, primarily in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, supplemented by additional training in Colorado and Oregon. Her treatment approach incorporates hands-on manual therapy techniques, including muscle energy techniques, dry needling, muscle activation, and pain reflex release, alongside cupping and therapeutic taping when appropriate. Her clinical experience spans orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, postsurgical rehabilitation, headaches, temporomandibular joint disorders, scoliosis, pregnancy-related concerns, and sports rehabilitation to support movement and athletic performance.
