About Ed
Ed Clark is President and Principal Consultant of Executive Interface, LLC, and is affiliated with the Pandemic Investigation Project. A retired U.S. Army Special Forces officer, he has extensive experience in strategic risk management, critical infrastructure protection, and emergency response planning, including security programs for maritime transportation, energy infrastructure, and government facilities. His work has included designing and facilitating exercises addressing pandemic, cyber, and physical security threats, as well as developing vulnerability assessment methods documented in his book, CARVER+Shock Security Vulnerability Assessments. Clark’s professional interests also encompass pandemic preparedness, threat assessment, organizational resilience, and the development of security frameworks for complex operational environments.
