Robyn Cosford

Robyn Cosford is Chair and a Director of the Children’s Health Defense Australia Chapter, following more than 35 years as a functional medicine practitioner and a longstanding focus on children’s health. Her clinical and research interests have included gut microbiome abnormalities, hidden infections, and metabolic and stool microbiotica patterns associated with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Autism, and ADHD, including research with the University of Newcastle. As a senior lecturer with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine, she presented to medical and non-medical audiences in Australia and internationally, including at the Defeat Autism Now Conference in the United States. Since retiring her medical license in 2021, she has continued health-related education and advocacy through interviews, public forums, conferences, and work as a Lifestyle and Wellness Consultant.
