Betül Demir is a Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Firat University Faculty of Medicine in Elazığ, Turkey. Her research focuses on dermatological conditions and their clinical characteristics, with published studies examining psoriasis, alopecia areata, Behçet’s disease, urticaria, and treatment approaches for warts. Her work also explores the relationship between skin disorders and broader health outcomes, including quality of life, hormonal function, and associated laboratory markers.
