Jennifer Biggs

Jennifer Biggs, PT, PhD, MPH, CWS, is a physical therapist and faculty member at St. Catherine University. Her scholarship focuses on physical therapy service-delivery models, community-based participatory research, and the development of rehabilitation capacity in partnership with communities. She has contributed to work on monitoring and evaluation in community-based rehabilitation, emphasizing relational approaches to capacity building. Her professional interests bring together rehabilitation practice, public health, education, and collaborative methods designed to improve access to meaningful services for people with disabilities and other communities with unmet health needs.
