About Natalia

Natalia Camejo is an assistant professor in the Oncology Department at Hospital de Clínicas in Montevideo, Uruguay, where she contributes to clinical oncology and academic work. After earning her medical degree from the Universidad de la República in 2006, she completed her medical oncology residency at Hospital de Clínicas and obtained her specialty qualification in 2011. Her clinical research focuses particularly on breast cancer and the experiences of cancer survivors, including the management of treatment-related side effects and quality of life. Recent research interests also include healthy behaviors among cancer survivors and sexual health in oncology, topics she has presented at scientific conferences in 2024.
