Frequently asked questions.
Who is covered?
Anyone at the member institution or department can publish free as the corresponding author, up to the plan’s yearly allowance: 5 articles, or 4 on the reduced plan. Co-authors from other institutions don’t need to be members.
How do our researchers use it?
On the author registration form, choose “Already a member” and enter the institution’s member number. If you don’t know it, ask your institution’s contact or email [email protected].
How is it paid?
You can join online by card, or ask us for an invoice. Invoices are paid by card.
What if we publish more than five articles a year?
Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll suggest the best option.
Do unused articles carry over?
No. The allowance resets at the start of each membership year.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. Future payments stop immediately; past payments aren’t refunded.
