About Lindsay
Lindsay Peterson, PhD, is an associate research professor in the School of Aging Studies at the University of South Florida. She directs the school’s healthcare administration and aging sciences internship program and has held leadership roles in the Florida Policy Exchange Center on Aging. Her research focuses on long-term-care policy and practice, decision-making, disaster planning, advance-care planning, and communication with older adults and families. She has also studied assisted-living preparedness and the use of technology in aging research. Her work combines policy analysis, gerontology, communication, and applied partnerships with care organizations.
